I think I really am starting to view running as therapy. Today everyone keeps wanting me to do things and organising my time without even asking me, which is doing my head in. My only logical response to this is to go for a run. That’s if everyone can back off and let me have an hour to myself….

I just find it horribly rude when people dictate what you should and shouldn’t be doing, so hopefully when it cools off a bit I can go out and get my head straight again.
