So today has been a day of mixed fortunes. I went for a run (2×20 minutes with a 3 minute walk) I got some new sunglasses and I made a cake.
Firstly, there are no words to describe the cake I’ll have to leave that to this photo….
Secondly, I’m loving my new sunglasses even though I bankrupted myself on them, they’re Ray Bans I’ve been drooling over for months.
Finally the run, I just couldn’t finish it. I don’t know what it is, I’ve run 35 minutes so that should be fine but I think with the walk everything seized up and I struggled through the entire second 20. It’s making me doubt whether this new 10k programme is for me. Can anyone recommend any good ones?
